Profile of Awantu Christian Funwi - Director of Central Africa Region / Co Chair on Event Organizing Committee - ConneKT Africa.

Awantu Christian Funwi, hailing from the North West Region of Cameroon, is a Scientific Researcher at the Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation. Additionally, he serves as a business consultant, trainer, and coach at the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Promotion Agency. Christian is the Founder of Linking Entrepreneurship Emancipation with Sustainable Development and Environmental Protection (LEESDEP).
Furthermore, he holds the position of Country Director at DeWise Foundation, a youth empowerment organization, and serves as the Project Coordinator for the "CR2" humanitarian project in the North West Region. Christian is also the Board Chair of AGRO SD COOP BOD LTD farmers Cooperative and wears the hat of CEO at Chicks Master Poultry Farm.

In the realm of youth training, he imparts knowledge on Climate Justice and actively volunteers at Mboa Hub and Greenpeace Africa. Christian takes on the role of Vice Project Coordinator at OIPA Cameroon, showcasing his dedication to various causes. His commitment to peace and good governance is evident through his roles as a YALI West Africa Fellow and a YALI Peace Corps Ambassador.
