Profile of Our Executive Director - Mr. Ibrahim K. Kiazolu

I am Ibrahim K. Kiazolu, a dynamic and accomplished entrepreneur, leader, and advocate hailing from Liberia. With over a decade of experience in film production and information technology, I have honed a diverse skill set that allows me to excel in my role as the Founder and CEO of VisualTECH Inc.

My passion lies in harnessing technology and innovation to address social-economic challenges and empower youth and adults. At VisualTECH, I lead a dedicated team of professionals, and together, we provide IT services and affordable computer training classes to both young people and adults. This commitment to offering quality education is a testament to my belief that knowledge should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their geographical location.

Beyond my business acumen, I am an accomplished filmmaker with a strong focus on creativity expansion. Through years of experience, I have developed skills in film production, directing, scriptwriting, and video editing. My extensive portfolio includes a wide range of projects, from full-length features to shorts and documentaries.

What sets me apart in my field is my unwavering commitment to providing technical training and resources to underprivileged youth and adults. I am deeply passionate about youth development, and my efforts extend to creating job opportunities for young people. Currently, 15 young individuals are employed at VisualTECH, and I aspire to continue this trend.

My academic background includes a BSc in Public Administration, a BSc equivalent in IT, and ongoing studies for a master's degree in Public Administration at the University of Liberia. Additionally, I am pursuing a master's degree in International Affairs at the New School in New York, expanding my knowledge and global perspective.

As an advocate for using technology to enhance civic engagement, I'm dedicated to ensuring that youth and adults have the technical skills they need to succeed. My commitment to addressing the digital divide and promoting inclusivity drives my 581,000work. Through initiatives like "Teaching Tech to the Mass (tTECH Global)," I aim to create experts in various fields in computer science and information technology. We have already trained 50 underprivileged youths, providing them with the tools to become entrepreneurs upon graduation.

In addition to my work at VisualTECH, I have been actively involved in my community, serving as a Program Director and Managing Consultant for organizations like Societies of Unity and the Evelyn Charity Foundation. These roles have allowed me to contribute to the development of Liberia by training young leaders and implementing projects that make a positive impact.

I'm excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and am determined to contribute to a more inclusive, innovative, and prosperous Liberia and Africa. My journey is marked by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and the unwavering belief that technology, education, and entrepreneurship can create a brighter future for all.
